Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
We will cover the charges or shipping and handling on your first domestic return. In the case that another return is made, shipping charges will apply.
We are not responsible for customer returns that are lost in transit or damaged when received.
Can I make a return in store?
Yes, you can return any US online order to any of our Miansai retail locations.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund typically within two business days.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns on most items for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your order being shipped.
- Items you do not like.
- Items which did not fit.
- Defective Items or items damaged in transit.
- You received the incorrect item.
What items are non-refundable?
- Monogram or Custom Items
- Final Sale or Markdown Sale Items
- Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear and tear
What if I am a customer outside of the United States?
- International customers can visit the Global-E return center.
- International customers are responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes.
