Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

US Customers: Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. As soon as your return is received, you will receive a refund within two business days.

International customers, please visit the i-parcel Return Center.

Miansai is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if returns are not shipped using a Miansai provided label. Returning product without a Miansai provided label will also delay processing of your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by our team, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. Please note that there will be a restocking fee of 30% if the items are not returned unopened and in new condition.

What if I do not return my product?

You have 30 days to return your product. If you do not return your product within 30 days, your return will be cancelled. If you use your store credit and do not return the product within 30 days, you will be charged for the value of the exchange.

What if the bar on my cuff is becoming loose?

The screw cuff can be come loose over time due to wear and tear.

We will exchange cuffs with loose bars within 30 days of shipment. Please begin a return above and we will replace your item.

If your cuff is older than 30 days, please contact and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days.
  • Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Items not purchased on
  • Customized items with Monograms, Engraving or custom sizing.
  • Items that are marked down, under sample sale, or marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

What if the plating begins to fade?

Plating naturally fades over time from exposure to oils in the skin and the environment. This fading can take months or years. If your product begins to fade within 30 days of shipment, please begin a return above and we will replace your item.
